A recent study by the National Physical Laboratory ranked Turnkey's Topas instrument the best in its class.

The project, monitoring Aspergillus fumigatus airborne spore levels at composting sites, was carried out by the NPL for Defra and looked at aerosol sampling systems. Of instruments for real-time particulate detection, the Topas was rated top overall, judged by criteria including measurement range, cost and fieldability.
